On September 12, 2018, VMware released VMware Tools 10.3.2.    This release includes a number of updates and fixes, and is also the replacement for the 10.3 release that had issues with the VMXNET3 driver.  A brief summary of the fixes include:

• AppDefense integration
• Bug fixes and performance enhancements in the OpenGL driver
